Hipólita pondera la conquista

After a climatic catastrophe, the last towns in Patagonia organize themselves according to an absurd bureaucracy to survive. HIPÓLITA, a representative of La Represa, appears at the Culturalcó border to negotiate. A CUSTOMS OFFICER and a GUARD prohibit her from entering and, based on the judicial report, they decide to wait for ANDROMEDA, the authority. While they wait, they break the regulatory's front and Hipólita reveals the true reason why she has returned. Finally, HIPPOLYTA deals ANDROMEDA.
